Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and the frame and print must be undamaged.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at brushstrokesartshop@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return shipping labels.
Packing: Repackage the merchandise in its original packaging or similar protective materials.
Shipping: Once the return is confirmed, ship the item back to us using the provided label or a trackable shipping service. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brushstrokesartshop@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Carrier: All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Insurance: Each shipment is fully insured for the value of the shirt to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Processing Time: Orders will be processed on 2/1/2024. We will notify you once your order has shipped, by 2/14/2024.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the USPS service level. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Packaging: Each shirt will be rolled and shipped in a non-transparent padded envelope.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us if you are outside the United States and interested in purchasing our merchandise.
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or innaccurate, please contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for the claim.
